We are interested in a range of properties across London and the wider UK. Homes must meet the Decent Homes Standard and be in a suitable condition suitable for immediate occupancy. One of our team members will check your property to make sure it meets the requirements and will provide you solutions if it does not.

We agree a fixed rental amount with you and pay it consistently, even if the property is vacant. This removes the risk of void periods and ensures you have a stable, reliable income. The rent is market rent, and will be guaranteed for the term of our contract.

We typically offer long-term contracts, giving landlords peace of mind and stability. Contract lengths can very due to the requirements of local councils.

Novella Care has an in-house maintenance team that takes care of general upkeep and surface repairs. Structural maintenance is looked after by the landlord, but we can help carry that out if you do not have access to resources. You can be confident your property will be well looked after.

We work closely with councils and follow strict safeguarding practices to ensure all residents are housed safely. Our properties are regularly inspected and maintained to high standards.

At the end of your contract, if there is opportunity you may choose to renew with Novella Care or take back possession of the property. We manage the handover process smoothly.
